AI rewriter that keeps your keywords and loses the template voice
Rework one clumsy sentence or an entire 4,000-word draft. Pick a tone, lock the terms that must stay, and get copy that reads like an editor touched it.
- Four tone presets: professional, conversational, journalistic, technical
- Must-keep keywords for SEO copy, enforced not suggested
- Score after every pass so you know when to stop
What this AI rewriter does
An AI rewriter takes text you already have and produces a new version that says the same thing in a different way: different sentence shapes, different word choices, a different tone if you ask for one. Humanizeo lets you do that at three sizes (a sentence, a paragraph, a full draft) and adds two things most rewriters skip: a locked list of words that may not change, and a detector score after each pass so you can see whether the result still reads machine-made.
The score matters more than it sounds. Plenty of rewriters produce text that is grammatically different and stylistically identical. Same 20-word sentences, same "Additionally," at the top of every paragraph, same three bullet points. You get a rewrite that is technically new and reads exactly as templated as the original. Measuring it is the only way to know.
Three ways to use it
AI sentence rewriter
Highlight one sentence, get five alternatives, pick one. Useful for the line in a landing page that everyone agrees is off but nobody can fix in a meeting. Keywords you have locked stay in every alternative. Tone applies per sentence, so you can make one line punchier without re-voicing the whole page.
AI paragraph rewriter
Select a paragraph and rework it as a unit. This is the sweet spot for most editing, because paragraph-level is where rhythm lives. The rewriter will vary sentence length across the paragraph, rotate openers, and fold or split sentences as needed. It will not add claims. If the paragraph had three facts, the output has the same three.
Whole-draft rewrite
Paste up to 30,000 characters and let the loop run. The detector scores every sentence, the rewriter fixes the flagged ones, the detector checks again, and it repeats until the draft scores clearly human on our detector. Sentences that already read fine are left as they are, which keeps the author's voice where it exists. On a 2,000-word draft that usually means a third to a half of the text is never touched at all, and the diff view shows you exactly which third.
Tone presets, and what each one actually changes
| Preset | Sentence length | Contractions | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | Medium, varied | Light | B2B pages, reports, proposals |
| Conversational | Short to medium, fragments allowed | Heavy | Blog posts, newsletters, social |
| Journalistic | Lead short, body longer | Moderate | News-style articles, press releases |
| Technical | Precise, may run long | Minimal | Docs, spec sheets, changelogs |
Presets change register, not content. Switching from professional to conversational will turn "does not" into "doesn't" and cut a subordinate clause in half; it will not invent an anecdote or add a joke.
Keeping keywords for SEO copy
This is the feature SEO teams ask about first. Add your target phrases (say, "commercial roof inspection" and "Denver") to the must-keep list and the rewriter treats them as fixed tokens. They appear in the output exactly as typed, same casing, same word order, in the same sentence they started in. If a rewrite would drop or alter one, that pass is rejected and retried.
Numbers, brand names and links get the same treatment automatically. So a product page that lists "starting at $49/mo" and links to a pricing table will come out with both intact. This is the same protection our AI to human text converter applies; the rewriter just gives you more room to reshape everything around the locked parts.
How it works
- Paste text. Choose sentence, paragraph or whole-draft mode.
- Pick a tone preset. Add must-keep keywords if you have them.
- Run. The detector scores first, so you have a baseline.
- The rewriter reworks flagged passages, re-scores, and loops. In whole-draft mode this is automatic; in sentence and paragraph mode you choose from alternatives.
- Read the before/after scores and the highlighted diff. Copy out.
A paragraph rewrite, shown
Input, from a SaaS feature page, must-keep: "time tracking", "invoicing":
Our platform offers seamless time tracking and invoicing capabilities. Users can easily log their hours and generate professional invoices. This streamlines the billing process significantly. Additionally, it reduces administrative overhead for growing teams.
Output, conversational preset:
Log your hours, hit one button, and the invoice is done. Time tracking and invoicing live in the same screen, so nobody is copying numbers from a spreadsheet into a template at 6pm on the 30th. Less admin. Fewer mistakes. Your finance person will notice.
Both locked phrases are present, unchanged. The brochure adverbs are gone. Sentence lengths run 11, 27, 2, 2, 5. Detector: 84% likely AI before, 7% after.
What it will not do
It will not make things up to pad a paragraph. It will not change facts to make a sentence scan better. It will not process academic work; essays, theses and coursework are prohibited under our terms and the tool is built for editorial and commercial content you own. And it will not promise a score on any detector other than ours, because we do not control theirs.
Plans and allowances
Every plan includes a monthly rewrite and detect word allowance that resets on the 1st; the pricing page lists the numbers. Same engine on every plan. If you are unsure whether a rewriter is what you need or a lighter paraphrasing tool would do, the short version is: paraphrasing restates a source in your words; rewriting reshapes your own draft. Both sit on the same AI humanizer loop, and both count against the same allowance.
Good to know
Can the AI rewriter keep my SEO keywords exactly as written?
Yes. Add them to the must-keep list and they are treated as fixed tokens: same spelling, same casing, same word order, kept in the sentence they started in. Any rewrite pass that drops or alters one is rejected and retried automatically. Numbers, brand names and links get the same protection without you having to list them.
What is the difference between the sentence rewriter and the paragraph rewriter?
Sentence mode returns several alternatives for one highlighted line and you pick one, which suits fixing a single awkward headline or CTA. Paragraph mode reworks a block as a unit so it can vary sentence lengths, rotate openers, and merge or split sentences. Paragraph mode is where most of the reads-like-a-machine problems get fixed, since rhythm is a paragraph-level property.
Will the rewriter change the meaning of my text?
It changes structure, word choice and tone, not claims. If the input has three facts, the output has the same three, and figures, names and links are verified unchanged before anything is returned. Tone presets alter register, so conversational adds contractions and shorter lines, but none of them add anecdotes, opinions or new information.
How is the AI rewriter priced?
Humanizeo is a paid product. Every plan includes a monthly rewrite word allowance and a monthly detect word allowance, both resetting on the 1st, and all plans run the same engine, tone presets and keyword protection. Higher plans raise the monthly caps and add bulk processing and team seats; they do not switch you to a better model. See pricing for the numbers.
Does the AI rewriter work in languages other than English?
It rewrites in whatever language the input is written in, including Spanish, German, French and Turkish, without routing through English. Tone presets and must-keep keywords apply the same way. The detector score shown after each pass is calculated in the source language too, so the before/after comparison is meaningful for non-English drafts.
